At ryzesuperfoods, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, merchandise must:
- Be unused, unaltered, and in original factory-new condition;
- Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and instruction manuals intact;
- Not fall under non-returnable categories as outlined below.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and custom product reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Facial cosmetics, skincare serums, oral care products, and personal hygiene items;
- Intimate lingerie, swimwear, and single-use disposable goods;
- Custom engraved, printed, or personalized made-to-order merchandise;
- Clearance or liquidation products marked as “Final Sale, No Returns Permitted.”
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at wilczakgroodysf220@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the item. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery; requests after this window cannot be processed.
Once approved, you will receive a return shipping address and instructions. Please securely pack the items and send the return shipment. Provide the return tracking number back to our support team.
Return Shipping Fees
- If the return is due to errors on our part, including defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all related costs;
- For voluntary returns due to personal preference, fit issues, or change of mind, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees;
- Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable in voluntary return cases.
Inspection and Refund
Returned items undergo a 2-4 business day inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. Following approval, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. We may waive the need for you to return the damaged item depending on the situation.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as the order might have already been processed for shipment.
Additional Terms
- Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable except when errors occur on our end;
- We are not responsible for losses or theft of parcels after delivery confirmation by the carrier;
- Returns sent without prior written approval will be refused and cannot be refunded;
- Exchanges for a different size, color, or style must be requested within the 30-day return window and are subject to the same return shipping policies.
