Order Processing

All fully paid orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. After processing, orders are prepared and dispatched for shipment as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping to addresses within the United States typically takes 7-12 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs issues, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination, and are clearly displayed during checkout. These fees must be paid at the time of purchase. Free shipping promotions, if available, will be explicitly indicated on our site and product pages.

Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not see tracking updates for 9 or more consecutive days, please contact our customer support for assistance.

Delivery Restrictions

We do not deliver to PO boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or regions subject to international sanctions. Certain carriers may refuse or suspend deliveries to high-risk or flagged addresses. We reserve the right to cancel shipments under these circumstances.

Returns and Refunds

Our return window is 14 days from the date you receive your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

Order Cancellation

You may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as orders may already be in processing or shipping stages.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an invalid shipping address, delivery refusal, or failure to collect within the carrier's pickup window, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Reshipment fees will also apply and must be pre-paid before the order is sent again. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
